Ingredients (serves 4)

- 3 packages Ramen Noodles
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cups Spinach
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 Scallion

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (skip the flavor packet). Drain and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef for 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
