Sausage and White Bean Stew 🍲
Browned sausage simmered with creamy white beans, tomatoes, and greens, a rustic one-pot stew that eats like a hug.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb sausage
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary

Slice the sausage into coins and chop the onion and carrots.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high and brown the sausage, about 5 minutes.
