Skillet Beef Sirloin with Bell Peppers 🥘
Tender strips of sirloin cooked hot and fast with sweet bell peppers and onions, a classic weeknight combo that takes 25 minutes.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- Thyme
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Brown Rice

Slice steak thinly against the grain. Slice bell peppers and onion into strips.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Working in batches, sear steak strips 1-2 minutes per side, then set aside.

Add vegetables to the same pan with minced garlic, cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
