  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup salsa
