Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas
- 8 cups lettuce
- 1 can black beans
- 1.5 cups corn
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup salsa
- 2 tsp cumin

Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F. Drape each tortilla over an oven-safe bowl and carefully fry until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.

In the same skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
