  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups diced butternut squash
  • 2 cans white beans
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
