Bacon Cheeseburger Rice 🍔
All the flavors of a classic cheeseburger combined in a seasoned rice bowl with beef, bacon, cheese, and pickles.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups rice
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt
- black pepper
