Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
