  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • cooking spray

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cut pressed tofu into 12 strips about 1/2 inch thick. Mix cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

    Coat tofu strips in cornstarch mixture. Place on baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
