  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 cups fresh greens
  • 1 lb small red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
