Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.25 lbs beef sirloin
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Sesame oil

    Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

    Slice beef thinly against the grain. Make sauce by whisking soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.

    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, then set aside.
