Chicken Pot Pie Filling Skillet 🥧

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt

Dice onion into small pieces.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over onion and stir constantly for 1 minute to make a roux.
