Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 scallions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.

    Add cabbage and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes until just tender.
