Chow Mein Chicken 🍜

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 scallions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.

Add cabbage and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes until just tender.

Return chicken and noodles to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until well coated and hot.
