Corned Beef Reuben 🥬
Tender corned beef piled high with tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and special sauce on rye bread.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 8 oz deli corned beef
- 2 slices rye bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish in a small bowl for special sauce.

Warm sauerkraut in a small saucepan over low heat, about 3 minutes.

Butter both slices of rye bread on one side.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one bread slice butter-side down.
