  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 dill pickle spears
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

    Butter both slices of rye bread on one side.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one bread slice butter-side down.

    Spread dijon mustard on the bread in the skillet.

    Pile pastrami slices on top of mustard, sprinkle with caraway seeds.

    Spread mustard on second bread slice and place butter-side up on top.
