  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
