  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 12 oz sausage
  • 3 ears corn
  • 1 lb potato
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne
  • 1 lemon

    Heat the oven to 425°F.

    Cut the potatoes into 1 inch chunks, toss with melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, and cayenne, and roast on a sheet pan 15 minutes.

    Cut the corn into thirds and the sausage into thick coins, add to the pan, and roast 10 more minutes.

    Peel the shrimp, toss with the remaining seasoned butter, and scatter over the pan.
