Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin 🧈

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Heat the oven to 400°F. Pat the tenderloin dry and rub with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 6 minutes.

Mash the softened butter with the minced garlic and spread it all over the top of the tenderloin.

Roast until the center reads 145°F, 15 to 18 minutes, basting once with the melted garlic butter.
