Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 scallions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

    Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

    Slice pork into bite-sized pieces. Slice bell pepper.

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook pork for 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Remove to a plate.

    Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3 minutes.

    Add minced garlic and scallion whites. Cook for 30 seconds. Return pork to skillet with noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock.
