  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 lb potato
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt

    Cut the potatoes into 1 inch chunks, toss with 1 tablespoon oil and salt, and roast on a sheet pan 12 minutes.
