Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
