  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ginger

    Slice pork tenderloin into 1/4-inch thick medallions and season with salt.
