  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and brown the pork in batches, about 4 minutes per batch. Set aside.
