Oven Baked BBQ Ribs 🍖
Low-and-slow oven ribs rubbed with smoky spices and lacquered in barbecue sauce until sticky, tender, and falling off the bone.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 300°F. Peel the thin membrane off the back of the ribs with a paper towel.

Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and rub it all over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap the ribs tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake 70 minutes until the meat is tender when pierced.

Unwrap the ribs, brush generously with BBQ sauce, and broil 4 minutes until the sauce bubbles and caramelizes.
