- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
