Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 ribeye steaks (12 oz each, 1.5 inches thick)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Combine softened butter with parsley, thyme, garlic, and lemon zest. Form into a log on plastic wrap and refrigerate.
