Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 baguette

    Heat the oven to 375°F and thaw the spinach, then squeeze it very dry in a clean towel.

    Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and mince the garlic.

    Stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan.

    Fold in the spinach and artichokes and spread into an 8x8 baking dish.
